The land is divided into a number of smaller paddocks which are fenced with post and wire.
The land is offered for sale as a whole.

The fields are subject to a restrictive covenant not to allow or permit them to be used for any purpose other than for agricultural purposes or horse grazing and to ensure that any buildings erected on the property are only used for the same purpose.

Location
It is totally idyllic, whilst we used the land for horses and stock we have also loved relaxing on the banks of the River. Over the years we have spotted kingfishers, otters and many more species.
It is so rare for land to come to the market within such close proximity of the town centre.
