Professional photographer - £300
Printed sales details £3.00 each - we had 100 printed but the price goes down the more you have printed. Don't forget envelope and postage costs. Also printing costs of any enclosures such as covering letter, maps, schedules etc
Promap charges - approx £100 total
EPC - £95.00 (includes floorplan)
Sale Board - depends what you have - standard board is £20.00, you might want a pointer board also which is £7.00, you might want a explanation strip (eg "100 acre farm" which will cost approx £15.00). If you have a bespoke, large board they can be up to £500 depending on size
Direct print advertising - including Farmers Guardian, Farmers Weekly and local relevant publications - approx £3,000 depending on size, frequency and publications used
Social media boosts - can be anything from £10 upwards depending on demographic you choose, frequency etc
