Former Dairy Farmers of Britain get extra 2ppl.

A report in the Farmer's Guardian today says that former Dairy Farmers of Britain are to get an unexpected further 2ppl on milk they supplied to the receivers.  In PricewaterhouseCoopers final report the receivers say this last average payment fo 2ppl is the result of further cash collections from customers over the past six months.

The money is for milk supplied from June 3 2009 until producers found new homes for their milk and is paid under the receivers 'pure margin policy' which means it is net of only milk processing costs.
