Terms

The licence is available for an initial seven month period of 15th April to 31st October, but may also be available for the same period each year thereafter. The licence fee will be payable in advance.

The land is all located within a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone, the tenant will be required to meet all appropriate compliance in addition to other general Cross Compliance requirements so as not to endanger the allocation of entitlements.
