The land is in permanent pasture and would be ideal for the grazing of stock; horses, cattle or sheep. Directions

From Market Drayton follow the A529 to Woodseaves and then bear left for Cheswardine. Continue through Cheswardine village and in to Soudley.  In the village turn left opposite the former pub (now development site), follow the lane for 0.5 mile and then bear right opposite The Old Nook. Access to the land is via the track found directly ahead.
