There is a committee members’ resolution to approve the scheme subject to a S106 agreement which has been agreed but not yet completed for the provision of affordable housing contribution under Ref: 14/02655/0UT for 36 dwellings to include access.

From Tern Hill head south on the A41. Turn left onto the A529 signposted Hinstock. The site is immediately on your right.
