We are advised that the land is freehold however Lot One is sold subject to a tenancy to Serck Audco Angling Club which does not expire until July 2018. Lot Two is sold with vacant possession upon completion.

No mains services are connected to either lot. Mains services are available in the village; connection to these would be at the cost of the buyer.

Directions

From Tern Hill head south on the A41. After 5 miles turn left onto the A529 signposted Hinstock. The site is best accessed via Hinstock Memorial Hall car park, which is found on the left shortly before the mini roundabout, and following the footpath through to the land.
