New Partners at Barbers Rural

We are all delighted to announce that Dan Bowden and Annabel Fearnall have been appointed as Partners of Barbers Rural. Both Dan and Annabel have worked alongside Senior Partner, Mike Taylor, for over 15 years and their appointment as Partners in the business is part of a continued business development plan for our successful firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents.

Shropshire born and bred Annabel heads up the Estate Agency section of Barbers Rural and is extremely experienced in all aspects of property sales including residential houses, farms and bare land.  “This is a very exciting opportunity for me” says Annabel who successfully manages to juggle a busy career with two young children. “I am passionate about property and being given the opportunity to help manage and grow the business is a dream come true!”.

Fully RICS and CAAV qualified Rural Surveyor, Dan, hails from Malpas and spent his placement year from Harper Adams University working with Mike Taylor at Barbers.  “My work is very varied,” says Dan who carries out a wide range of professional work including Stewardship Schemes. “I really enjoy the fact that we have a small but dynamic and adaptable team at Barbers Rural – as a privately-owned business we are masters of our own destiny and are all really keen to succeed!”.

Founders of Barbers Rural, husband and wife team Mike and Louise Taylor, are keen to point out that whilst the appointment of the new Partners is part of a strategic business and succession plan, they have no plans to slow down or reduce their involvement in the business. According to Mike the addition of Dan and Annabel to the Partnership team will facilitate the continued expansion of the business, attracting more clients from further afield.
