Who We Are
We are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors dedicated to providing solutions to rural property related problems for clients all over the West Midlands and Border Counties.
The firm was set up in 2008 when the partners purchased the Rural Department of Barbers Property Agents LLP which Mike Taylor and Bob Oakes had been running for many years.
Both the partners and the staff were all previously based in Market Drayton. Mike Taylor admits that he has been a rural Chartered Surveyor in Market Drayton since 1985. Bob Oakes has been around a little longer, although he has also worked in Telford and Newport.
Mike and Bob are also business partners with Bernie Hutchinson in Barbers Auctions LLP which runs Market Drayton Livestock Market.
