We understand that customer service really matters and we understand that you deserve personal service.

We are small enough to ensure that you won't get passed from pillar to post, that someone will ring you back if necessary, that the same person will manage your instruction and that you can speak to the Partners of the firm when you want to.

However, the team is more than the sum of its parts.  Mike Taylor has over 25 years' experience as a Chartered Surveyor in the West Midlands and Border Counties and Bob Oakes has more years' experience than he cares to count!  Dan is a farmer's son and has spent the time since he qualified working as a Rural Surveyor in the local area.  Annabel has spent the last 8 years working in property and Louise has spent more years than she will admit working as a business manager in a wide variety of industries.  Whilst primarily being Mike's PA and right hand, Karen runs the office with absolute precision and good humour.
