Our team are all professionally qualified in their specialist areas.  As a firm, Barbers Rural is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Mike Taylor and Bob Oakes are Fellows of the RICS and Dan Bowden is a Professional Associate. 

Mike, Bob and Dan are also Fellows of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) which means that they have passed formal qualifications in order to join.

Annabel Fearnall is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and Louise Taylor is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Mike and Bob have been in practice for over 25 years each.  Bob is an experienced Arbitrator.  Mike is an experienced Expert Witness and Advocate and has appeared in the High Court, County Courts, at Public Inquiries and Tribunals on behalf of clients.

As a team we are committed to being the best that we can be in whatever we do.  We are committed to lifelong learning - whether it be formal training or learning from our clients.
