Louise Taylor

Louise is a partner in Barbers Rural and looks after Property sales, Marketing, Human Resources and other strategic issues. She is also Managing Director of Taylor Millbrook Ltd which specialises in business consultancy, training and Human Resources.  She is currently studying Land Management on a Masters programme at Harper Adams University College.

After leaving college, where she studied business, Louise returned to Shropshire to work for Dalgety Agriculture.  Keen to develop her marketing and business skills she then began an 18 year career with Syspal Ltd, privately owned fabrication engineers in Broseley, Shropshire, where she carried out a wide variety of disciplines, rising to Human Resources Manager and gaining a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.

Louise is a keen tennis player and is still occasionally seen on a horse. She is also an experienced and rather effective skier.  Married to Mike, they have two teenage sons, one of whom is studying Land Management at the Royal Agricultural College.
