  • Auction success!

    Last night's property auction was an outstanding success. Polesgate farmhouse with just under 10 acres sold for £445,000 which was £155,000 over the auction guide.

    20 acres of adjoining land made £100,000 and were both bought by the same local buyer.

    We also sold 3.9 acres of land at Nesscliffe subject to open access status for £40,000. Our next property auction is on the 22nd June at Market Drayton.

    We have had enormous interest in Polesgate Farmhouse, near Pontesbury, Shrewsbury and a block of land which is going to auction on Tuesady 11th May. have a look at our Auction pages to see the details. We also have a small parcel of land at Nescliffe for sale the same night.
